Greywolf asked:

We refer to the dates now as 350 B.C. (But that date -before the death of Christ – is in reference to an event that had not occurred at that time.) How did they refer to dates on a yearly basis if at all?

laura d asked:

I personally think it is an easy way out for the perpetrator. However, them sitting on death row and awaiting it is in itself a good punishment!

How can one premeditated murder receive 25 to life, and another receive death? 9 comments

death
panthrchic asked:

Ive become quite the Investigation Discovery junkie lately. I DVR all The New Detectives, Forensic Files etc.
I’ve noticed that with some of the most horrific murders, the convicted get 25 to life rather than life or the death penalty. What is the deciding factor and what exactly IS “25 to life”?
