My good friend lost her fiancee in a car accident in December, and she still has not returned to work, gone outside or been able to hold a conversation without crying.
I want to gently suggest the idea of cousnelling, but I don’t think she is ready to leave the house yet.
Can someone suggest an online support group for grief?

My husband and I were trying to adopt our two grandson that live in the U.K. (we live in America). The courts have denied us and decided to separated the boys and adopt them to outsiders. We are devastated and I am not handling this well, my husband is pretending to hold up…what should we do to help us process what has happened ?
